Get rooted in healthy, lasting habits that incorporate diet, lifestyle education, self-care and learn how to balance the three energies, or doshas, that exist within all of us. Students will learn about what dosha, or blend of dosha’s, they are, the foods that best supports those dosha’s as well as movement and yoga poses that will help bring balance and are aimed at getting you back to your true nature, creating healthy and lasting changes so that life becomes less of a battle.
